The CMS Advancing Chronic Care with Effective, Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model rewards providers for using technology-supported care for measurable improvements for Medicare patients with chronic conditions.

Psynergy reports clinical data through CMS-hosted application programming interfaces and maintains HIPAA compliance & appropriate device oversight, including obligations for digital health tools established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
